Bored With Chicken Breast Protein provides the body with the necessary building blocks to produce amino acids that are used for building muscle tissue.* Getting enough protein should be the top priority for muscle building, and alternatives like powders and bars are a convenient and delicious way to promote muscle growth!* Common forms of supplemental protein include:

This is the scenario: a guy, say age 21, becomes serious about gaining muscle. He’s 5′ 10″, 7″ wrists, 9″ ankles, average genetics for muscle size-and-proportioned. He’s played sports, but never done more than an occasional resistance workout. Now, he begins a good training-eating-and-resting program. With his genetics, he has the potential for naturally gaining 45 pounds of lean mass if he stays consistent with progressive training/proper eating for a continuous 3 to 4 years.
But, about three months after beginning his training, he starts taking steroids. He does three steroid cycles in the following 18 months, and includes proper post-cycle therapy. That entire time, he’s continuing to consistently train and eat properly. Before the end of two years, he’s gained 45 pounds of lean mass (which with steroids, by the way, is not necessarily typical but neither improbable). At that point, he permanently quits using steroids, but he does continue properly training and eating for another two years. At the end of four years, he carries the same 45 pounds of lean mass.

2. Skip the shortcuts. As you’re starting on your path to bigger muscles, focus on the basics, says Shawn Arent, PhD, a certified strength and conditioning specialist and associate professor at Rutgers University in New Jersey. Spend your energy working out and eating right -- not chasing fancy supplements. And don’t even think about using steroids, he says. They can do serious damage to your body now and in the long don't need steroids to build better muscles. During puberty, your body naturally pumps out testosterone. This hormone encourages your muscles to grow, says William Roberts, MD, a professor of family medicine and a youth fitness expert at the University of Minnesota.

Hello Jay, I’ve been working out for quite a while now (3 months to be exact), I had a decently big belly when I started, which I managed to drastically reduce till now, by exercising and dieting (Around 13 Kilos). Interestingly enough all the “good” techniques and theories I heard, and used are well stated and explained in your Website, thus why I am just about to buy your book. But before I do that I have one simple question: I am an employee, who works a 9 hour shift daily, so my concern is that will I be able to stick to your programs/diets, without having to go through an extensive hassle or time consuming process to prepare meals, and having to throw away large chunks of money on nutriments/supplements? I have access to a gym, so that is not an issue, but I want to know to what extent can the diets your book provide be simplified? I am mostly interested in the Lose fat/Gain muscle routines since that is where I am at the moment, but I don’t want to form eating habits that are too time and money consuming? Thank you!

Hey Ben, just a quick question regarding Ostarine or MK-2866. I have read alot about it’s rejuvenating affects on tendons and joints not too mention lean mass gains so i am currently open to trying this. I know you mentioned Sarmswarehouse as a legit place to get sarms but i don’t see Ostarine on their website. Do you know another legit place to get Ostarine as from what i have heard it’s all about where you get these and I have heard about the side affects from bad or “non legit” batches and i wouldn’t mind avoiding those as i have enough problems as it is lol. Thanks again Ben and keep Rockin’
